Billing question

    Hello, I didn’t realize our account was on auto-renew. We put it on a card last year that we’re trying to no longer use…. the draft occurred on 11/12/18. Is there any way you can refund that charge to that card, and I provide different payment info for a different card?

    The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any upgrades on WordPress.com. Do you know the address of the site you have been charged for? Please don’t share any transaction IDs here, just the site address :)

    Please also try logging out of WordPress.com, then log back in using the email address your purchase receipt or renewal reminder was sent to — I can then check that account to see what we can do.
