  How do I get help regarding a charge on our banking statement?

  Hi Pam, I don’t see charges on this account, but there’s a way!

  – If you know the correct account, log in as that user and go to https://wordpress.com/me/purchases . You should be able to log in using the address that gets renewal reminders.

  – If you aren’t sure what the correct account is, use the secure form at wpchrg.com to locate the charge. Once you’ve found it, you should be able to contact billing directly so they can help with a refund. If not, please update us here and let us know the name of the site associated with the charge.
