  I signed up for a domain name for $96 back in December of 2020.
  I decided that I did not want to pursue my website goals so I never did anything with it.
  I did receive 19 dollar charge a few days ago.

  I did not realize I would still be charged.
  Can I please get a refund?

  I don’t have a site linked to this WordPress.com account
