I really need to talk to a real person and not only through email. Please call at [redacted]. My husband opened this account years ago, but died 8 years ago. I kept the email address for several years, but it was somehome cancelled through Google. I was just billed again. I need to cancel this whole account, as I am no longer able to get into the account and had to change my email address. I do NOT have any administrative passwords available to me. All the information on this account died when my husband died. Can I cancel and get a refund?
