Billing Question

My credit card was automatically charged from WordPress on March 27, 2024 for $199.00, however I cannot find any recent purchases in my billing history for any of the sites associated with my account?
How do I go about escalating this issue immediately so that I can get a refund on my card?

Thank you for your message. I don’t see any recent charges associated with the account you are contacting us from.
Do you have multiple WordPress.com account or had a WordPress site hosted outside of WordPress.com?
You can check the transaction ID of the charge by following the steps here:
https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/#account-recovery-help
Once you find the transaction ID, you can message us at help@wordpress.com so we can verify it on our side.
