WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. The refund period for Domain Registrations and Renewals is 48 hours. It takes from 1 – 2 weeks or 7 – 10 business days for the refund to be received.You can manage all of your WordPress.com purchases by navigating to the Me section of WordPress.com and then choosing the option to Manage Purchases from the sidebar.
Select any purchase in order to view options for managing it. The options available will be different based on the upgrade you choose.

Automattic Inc. https://automattic.com/ owns WordPress.com and other products like Akismet and VaultPress, etc. so this could be a charge related to one of them. It’s important to know that each charge is sent to the registered email address for each username account, so if you have more than one username account that could be confusing you. Also, if you have a wordpress.org account and a wordpress.com account that could be confusing you.

What is your question? The only upgrade you’ve ever owned on WordPress.com was a Premium Plan purchased in 2013, which expired in April 2014. There are no current upgrades on your account, and no recent payments that we can refund.
If you recently bought something via a different account, I’ll need you to post here as that account to request a refund.
