Billing questions Plugin and Widget Question

Hello, very new to everything involving bloggin/internet etc. My question is. I believe I upgraded to the value bundle but I do not see in appreance where the plugins are. Does this come with this plan? Also. I cannot add my facebook like box the text always disappears once I hit save. The other few widgets I have work fine. Thank you

We don’t allow plugins on WordPress.com for security reasons. Plugins are a feature only available for self-hosted blogs provided through WordPress.org. You can find out more about this topic here: http://support.wordpress.com/plugins/
However, we do have several built-in features that were inspired by many popular plugins. You might find what you want by searching for it at http://en.support.wordpress.com/

As for the Like Box, make sure that you’re using the Facebook Like Box widget, not just adding their widget code to another widget.

Thank you so much, learning slowly, and finally I got a good answer about the like box widget as well, that is exactly what I was doing.
