    I want to use your services, but my EU grant won’t allow me to work with US-based companies. is there a way I can receive a billing receipt with a European address (or any other country) on the bill, instead of the American one. Best

    Hi there!

    Just to double-check, are you located in an EU country, and would you like to pay for the upgrade in the Euro currency? (Your current account currency is in USD, but we can change it for you.)

    I’ll check with the billing team about the address in the receipt once I know where you’ll be purchasing from, which billing address you’ll use, and the currency you’d like to pay in.

    my current location is Armenia, close to EU but not in the economic sense. i dont mind paying in USD or AMD (amd is what my visa card is in, but since there is autoconversion no issues there) the only thing is the address on the billing to appear in a non US location, if possible ofcourse.

    Unfortunately, we are only able to issue billing receipts from our EU entity to customers who are physically located within the European Union. Since you mentioned that your current location is Armenia, which is not within the EU, we wouldn’t be able to provide a billing receipt with a non-US address.
