Billing – Refund

I canceled my premium plan and I was supposed to receive a credit of $99 but I only received half ($51). I initially signed up for the Personal plan but upgraded to the Premium. I want to cancel both all together and get my full refund of $99. I canceled and requested a refund the day after the purchase (Oct 13, 2017) Thank You.
