Billing refund

  I originally purchased a Personal plan when first signing up, but then I realized that the Business plan actually covered my needs. However, upon upgrading my plan, I discovered that it charged me the full price $300, even though I thought it was going to be montly payments of $21. I requested a refund and received $252 back instead of $300. Now it says that my site is on the free plan even though I was not refunded the full $300. Here are my three questions:

  1. How can I get back the remaining $48?
  2. Is there any way to pay for the Business plan on a monthly basis?
  3. If not, then what are my payment options for the Business plan from here?

  If you look at your Billings History page you have already received a refund for your Personal plan purchase ($48):

  As @kosiew already said, all WordPress.com can only be paid a year in advance.
