  Hello

  When is my 1 yr subscription over? i keep getting ‘pay cart’ reminders but i never put anything in.

  Also, I bought the http://www.1987newyork.com domain from you …. when i open it it states ‘not secured’ in address bar. How do i get an ssl from wordpress?

  Hi @scottlabuda, you bought that domain at GoDaddy, and it’s still pointed to GoDaddy’s name servers. You’re using “forwarding with masking” to make it display https://scottlabuda.wordpress.com/ but we cannot assign an SSL certificate to a domain that isn’t actually connected to our servers.

  You did buy a plan in May, but you cancelled and refunded it, so that’s not active currently. And it looks like you started to purchase Personal again, but did not finish. That’s why you’re seeing a message about items being in your cart.

  If you’ll finish the purchase, you can map the domain properly with these steps:
  http://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

  Your SSL certificate will be set up soon after the domain is correctly mapped and pointed to our servers.
