Billing / Renew Upgrade

    This blog was started/upgraded by a user who no longer works at our University. The auto-renewal failed because that credit card is no longer valid.
    I would like to purchase another year of Premium for the site but I’m not able to find a way to do that — Even to “gift” the premium for another year.
    I was made an Admin to the site, but the option to change billing or do a one-time payment does not appear to be available.
    Please help us renew the site.

    At present, there are no Upgrades associated with your WordPress.com user account.

    Are you inquiring about a site that is associated with another account?

    If so, please confirm, and I will privately respond with your Account Recovery options.

    I’m not sure how to PM on here-
    It was originated by another user who made me administrator of the site (they have left)-
    This is time sensitive for obvious reasons.
