Billing reversed on latest site

Hi,
A month ago I got billed for an site that I was wasn’t ready to be uploaded yet and requested a reversal be made.
This was agreed and said it would take up to 5 working days.
It is now a month later. Please email me on (email visible only to moderators and staff). I have the email receipt. I have not uploaded the site for sashton.co.za
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

That site is not on our WordPress.COM servers. You are posting to the wrong support forum.
WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different username accounts, logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums.
