Billing Support Required – Domain Recovery not available – Support Not Helping

Hi there, the domain attached to this account previously expired without us knowing causing our emails and website to stop working. The domain was just being managed here and the Nameservers were pointed elsewhere. We did not realise that the domain required a renewal as the email account it’s attached was not being checked.
As per your support article titled Recover an Expired or Cancelled Domain we have to get in touch with the support team to request a link that will allow us to pay for this recovery. However, we are unable to contact support, even about a billing matter where I am willing to pay for this renewal. The image attached shows even the support bot thinks we should be able to access support directly about this urgent issue, however typing “connect me to a human” as directed just notes support is paid only. We cannot purchase a site upgrade (not that we should have to for billing/account support) as it says the domain is not available. I am now having to request support about billing on a public forum, which is very dismaying.
Please provide me with the link to recover this domain. The domain is circleofmenqld.com.
