    I paid for a premium plan and now it is saying i have a free plan. this is not correct. HELP ASAP. I am trying to launch my site

  • Hey there, can you to log into the account that’s associated with the upgrade? It’s not under this username, but I’m guessing you have another. Please log out, then log in again using the email address that received purchase notifications and what not. That’s the one you’ll need to use to access the site. Here’s how you can recover access if needed:
