Billing that needs to be reversed

    Hi there,
    I can’t find any way to get in touch with the accounts area to reverse a charge. Can anyone give me this info?

    Hi there,

    For what site were you charged? The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites, and has never made any payments to WordPress.com. We don’t even have a credit card on file for your account.

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/. You can also use the Contact Us link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.
