My name is Victor ,I just recently happen to look into my gmail and discovered that your site has just took $19.95 cents out of my bank account .Now I’m not totally sure why or if this is part of my upgrade , Can someone look into this and let me know what the $19.95 all entails ,Thank you I’ll be looking forward to your response..

Hi there, if the charge was from WordPress.com you can enter more details at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com and contact the billing department directly from there if needed.

Howdy, the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of any upgrades.
Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to cancel/refund the upgrade.

Finally, $19.95 USD would be an unusual amount for us to bill you. I’m not saying that it is impossible, but it does make me want to double check that the charge was actually from us and not from another WordPress/website provider.
