I got an email saying that Woo will be taking $79 for Auto Renew of Store Credit on my website to (email visible only to moderators and staff) – I want to stop the payment and cancel please.
The email was sent to

You created an account at wordpress.com instead of logging in to your WooCommerce account at https://woocommerce.com/my-account/.
Once logged in to your WooCommerce account you’ll be able to manage your purchases and cancellations

I don’t see any WooCommerce subscriptions on this WordPress.com account. Could you reply to the email you received? That should send it to the WooCommerce support team with information to look up the correct account for you.
