Billing/Payment Administration Changes

  How do I change the billing information on the site I manage? The original person who set up the site has left our non-profit (she used her paypal account to set up the set domains, etc.) and we want to change it to someone else’s account. Thank you.

  I just renewed my account credit card information because of a change in card status. My current subscription year was not up until mid October. Now after renewing my subscription early it has me automatic renewing on the date I sent payment? I still have a month and a half before it expired . Do i get credit for that Month and a half or can you extend it until that Mid October renewal date next year?
