  I purchased a wordpress premium subscription and then immediately canceled but only received a refund notification for part of it (paid $99, received $86 refund) but mentions that we get a full refund within 30 days? Looking for further clarification. Thanks in advance.

  I was charged double for google apps for my website. This morning I canceled my upgrade, but I still want to get the double charge removed from paypal. What should I do.

  I checked your account and the charge for the double payment has indeed been canceled and refunded back to you. It can take 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement.
