  Are you already performed a payment or are you trying to pay for a WordPress.com service/subscription?

  Hi there,

  If you’ve bought an upgrade from WordPress.com, the statement descriptor on your bank statement would say “WORDPRESS”, followed by a unique code.

  But the account you’re using to post here does not own any sites and has never bought any upgrades from us.

  If you see a charge from us on your statement and you don’t know what site it’s for, please search for the transaction at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/
