Hi, the address is http://www.dermotmacmanus.com. Also all pages linked to my site are also showing no cache detail. This seems to have occurred when I changed my theme to greyzed. If it’s easier I’ve attached the Bing url as well. It’s http://cc.bingj.com/cache.aspx?q=site%3adermotmacmanus.com&d=5034298987056262&mkt=en-IE&setlang=en-IE&w=f5f25974,8f82e3de

I think the 301 comes from the fact that Bing is crawling your site with the “www” in front of the address. It shouldn’t: there is no “www” in your address.
301 is another way of saying: “Yes, this address works, but from now on, will you please use this one instead?”

Thanks for your reply. Is there anything I can do to change matters. I’ve noticed that it has affected my page ranking, and that my index page is no longer cached.

I’m not familiar with Bing Webmaster Center. You’d have to check with Bing directly or wait for another volunteer who knows that better.
