  I am registering my site with Bing. It requires that I upload an xml file to my site. How do I accomplish this?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Bing should allow for an alternative method (using an HTML Meta tag), which we have the instructions for how to add to your site here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/webmaster-tools/#bing-webmaster-center
