Bird of Time – can you help me with the order of my pages?

    On my blog, Bird of Time, I have two articles -Art – The Sacred Gift and Capitalism, Communism and God. In that same blog, but not with the two mentioned are three other articles, The Olden Golden Days, Why, and Words Are Where the Heart Is. I want to put them all together on the same blog, a new page listed across the top, with Art – The Sacred Gift as the first page.
    i thought perhaps I could copy the 3 to that “ARt” page but i cannot see anything that will let me. Also, I want to separate the first two on Separate pages. To see what I want, you can look at my other blog wordsjustwords.com Can you help me? Thank you, Pat Snyder (email visible only to moderators and staff) I’m sorry but your pages are a bit different than when I started and I can’t find things as easily, but then I am a big ungeek.

    You cannot post to a page. Pages are static. Posts go to the confusingly named “home page.” The home “page” is not a static page: it dynamically changes every time you add a post or article. There is only one such page on each blog here on wp.com.

    The posts are very different from pages: they are the heart of your blog, all the things you write about and the “page” where you see them is new every time you publish. (dynamic)

    Pages are static. Use them for information that doesn’t change: an about page, a lexicon, a contact form, and so on.

    Posts are special, being the soul of your site. They can be tagged and categorized. They have dates in time when they were written.

    Those tags, categories, and dates generate links.

    You make a custom menu with those links so your readers can find topics they want to read.
