bitcoin problem

    i do not remember when but i enabled bitcoin payment. but i did not have bitcoin wallet or account .and 2 days ago one customer chooses the payment method with bitcoin.and he says he made the payment.but on my end i do not see anything received i cancel the order but can not refund the guy. But the key number providing he sent payment but to who?
