Biz Plan Annual Subscription – how to be refunded or downgrade per cancelling

    hi WordPress,
    My biz plan annual subscription (GBP 240) was renewed on July 15 2022 – and I cancelled it today Sep 17 2022 as I have not been using it for the past one year or so. It’s taking a lot longer to build a blog at the moment and I want to downgrade it to a cheapest plan w/ plug-ins available.

    Can you pls let me know if I can get the pro-rata refund for GBP 240 or have it downgraded to the cheapeast plan – the Personal plan (GBP 36 per year)? Let me know!

    Hi,

    We can’t issue you a refund as you canceled your plan outside of the 14-day refund window.

    I can restore your plan though and you’ll be able to use it for the rest of the year. Then, when the time comes for the renewal, you can contact us, and we’ll be able to downgrade it to a more affordable plan.
