  Hi,

  thanks for your answer. What I need is not a change of my password but the whole security backup of my blog. I am trying to move the whole blog to a different domain and I need the backup to complete this process, so can you please send me all the necessary data in connection with this?

  I appreciate your help.

  Take a look at this support page for information on how to export your blog:
  https://en.support.wordpress.com/export/

  Note: This will ONLY export your posts, pages, comments, categories, and tags; uploads and images may need to be manually transferred to the new blog.

  I would recommend reading through the whole document as it goes contain a lot of useful information for you situation such as redirecting this blog to your new domain.

  Hello,

  thanks again – we have done the things that are listed on the support page, but this was not enough: we would like to export all elements together. Customer service at our new domain has instructed us to get the complete security backup from you, since the xml file, which we can export from the admin site, does not contain the actual building elements of the blog such as widgets and settings. It would be really nice if we could export all those together with the posts and other easily accessible things so that we wouldn’t have to start creating our page all over again from the beginning.

  Please read the document I previously linked to, the section near the bottom titled Backups will be relevant to you.

  Note: This will ONLY export your posts, pages, comments, categories, and tags. If you’d like to backup the media files as well, you will need to install WordPress.org locally on your computer, and run the import from it. This process will download the media files to your computer.
