  I thought my domain was transferred to wix as I have paid them a hosting fee as well and did the transfer. The redemption fee is not well taken. This is seriously affecting my business.

  I am concerned whether or not cancelling my domain was lawful in light of the transfer. At this point, I have already asked twice for me to purchase this domain again and have been reprimanded for doing so.

  I am tired of dealing with this. Please give me the option now. I do not want to ask again.

  @bjacky87 we weren’t sure whether you were willing to pay the redemption fee, but I can see in another thread you were.

  I’ve created an invoice for you. It doesn’t add the domain to your cart, per se, but if you’ll pay that and then update us here, we’ll reach out to the registrar, pay the fee on their side, and get the domain returned to your account.

  The process typically takes 1-2 business days, so please update us here as soon as that’s paid and we’ll get started.
