  Every time I upload a photo to my sight it uploads them in black and white. I have them saved as a png and they r saved for web

  It looks like you’ve set a duotone filter for the image. You can change or undo that by following the steps at https://wordpress.com/support/wordpress-editor/blocks/image-block/#block-toolbar
