  This is not resolved. My avatar is black. It won’t upload anything. Not even pics I’ve used in the past. Help! I can’t be a black box!!!

  And spamming the forums makes it even better. Please don’t do that. It just creates more work for the volunteers. I’ve gone ahead and deleted your other posts.

  We’ve noticed that images with transparent background may be the cause of the issue.

  Can you give us some details please as to what is occuring? Size of the uploaded image in both kb and pixel size. The file extention that you;re using. Does it include a transparent background? What is the image supposed to look like? What browser and OS are you using?

  Don’t mind helping but please practice polite manners, OK?
