How can I delete this black bar that has: ‘my site, reader, write icon, profile icon and a stats icon’ at the top of my imported blog? After I publish my changes to my website, it comes up available to the public! Not good! Thanks for any insight! Gail A

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

We cannot remove the black admin bar from the top of our WordPress.COM sites and doing that would be a Terms of Service violation. Everyone with a WordPress.com account uses that Admin bar to navigate and truth be told that bar is ours, it is not yours.

Have you tried looking at your site when not logged in to WordPress.com? I think you will find that non-WordPress.com visitors don’t see it. Anyone else already logged in to WordPress.com and visiting your site will see the black bar but clicking on it takes them to areas of their own account/site, not yours.
