Black box appearance of embedded YouTube videos

  I’ve noticed over the past few days that the YouTube videos I’ve previously embedded on certain pages of my site (such as at the bottom of the “Welcome” page of blavatskytheosophy.com) no longer show a still image from the video but now just appear as a black box…until the black box is actually clicked on and then the video starts playing as usual.

  I don’t know if anyone else is having this problem with their embedded YouTube videos just resembling black boxes or even whether the issue is with YouTube rather than WordPress.

  Whatever the cause, it results in those particular pages of the site looking less aesthetically pleasing.
