Black Box instead of Video Image

  I have a blog and I’m trying to include a video in the post. I am able to post my video using the code provided by http://www.ShareItVideo.com but when the video is in the blog…it’s just a black box. What I’d like to see is an image with the little triangle (similiar to what it looks like on Facebook) Here’s a link to the post http://studiobportraits.com/blog/?p=991
