black friday special access to premium themes at "no extra cost"

  I thought if I purchased “Premium” during the Black Friday special that I would be able to upgrade to a premium theme for free for one year. I tried to upgrade to the “Snap” theme on Cyber Monday before the deadline and now this evening, but I was charged $79. Why am I being charged? What am I not understanding?
