  Hi there,

  I just purchased the Premium upgrade for $99 but the “one free year of Unlimited Premium Themes” was not added to my cart, nor does it show in My Upgrades. It says the deal is on until midnight, so I’m not sure why I didn’t receive it or whether there is something special that I need to do to activate it? I will have to cancel this upgrade otherwise. Thanks.
