Black-LetterHead by Ulysses Ronquillo not displaying correctly

  For some reason, the homepage is not displaying correctly. The black color is missing, and the sidebar/widgets are not there. It displays correctly on the other pages (ABOUT: http://msirvin.wordpress.com/about/) but not on the homepage. How do I correct this problem?
