Black lines in post don’t appear in edit mode
-
I have created a post. Several horizontal black lines appear in the post when it is visible, but they are not visible in the edit window, so I can’t get rid of them or change them to separators.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Thank you.
This is the page in question: https://farehamvannestwin.wordpress.com/2023/06/27/visit-to-vannes-6th-10th-june-2023/
I put in separators (in orange), but the black lines are a mystery.
I am a novice at WP, but keen to learn!

Hi there, @farehamvannestwin!
The black lines you are seeing there is actually a border added to the Quote Block. That border styling is set by your theme. You have a couple of options here to remove those borders:
- Remove the Quote Blocks from that post – looks like you may not have been intentionally trying to use this block to quote all content added to that post. Here is a video I made you to show you how to do so: https://d.pr/v/8YVAGI
- If you wish to keep these Quote Blocks, but change the styling on the quotes (like remove the black border), I would recommend upgrading to the Premium plan so that you can use custom CSS to change the styling there.
If you decide to upgrade, let us know and we can provide the CSS needed to remove these borders from quotes :-)
