Black screen

  I am at a total loss, I keep getting a back screen with an x in the upper right hand corner of the screen when I attempt to edit an element on my pages. I have bluehost, Go daddy domain, Optimiz press, for my wordpress blog. I think I am over my head. Built and managed my WIX website for over 5 years with no trouble.

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We’re only able to help with sites hosted on our servers at WordPress.com.
