Black space in canva embeds

  • Unknown's avatar

    Hi,
I am embedding several items from canva into my site and they show up with giant black rectangles above and below. I looked at the html and there are no height and width amounts that I can adjust as I am using the URL to embed and can’t use the full html b/c it uses the iframe tag. Can you help me? It’s hideous and breaking my heart.
    Thank you!

  • Hi @jendemonte, could you send a link to an affected page, or even just a test page so we can see what you’re seeing?

Depending on the item you’re embedding, it may make sense to add it to the media library instead. We’ll know more once we see what you’re seeing. Thanks in advance!
