Black web page

    Hi

    I have been trying to customise my website theme to get it ready to launch and the advice I was given by the people I bough the theme from has ended up going wrong. Perhaps I have miss understood the instructions. The website now won’t let me into it the whole page is just white. They have asked me for FTP information so they can check what has caused the error. I am fairly limited on my knowledge so this is not something I am familiar with.
    Can anyone help?
