Blackhole for Bad Bots
-
I was very surprised that a day after I installed the Blackhole for Bad Bots plugin there about 20 bots that were able to click on a button and fill out a form. Is this plugin only for wordpress.org sites, because the reviews were awesome over there? I was told by a Happiness Engineer to contact Jeff Starr, the developer, but I can only contact him if I buy the pro version of the plugin. Why would I do that if the free version doesn’t even work? Is there any plugin that you are sure works with wordpress.com sites to prevent bots?
