    Today is the fist time I went to a blog I normally visit and received a message that reads access denied. Your IP address is blacklisted. If you feel this is in error please contact your hosting providers abuse department. What is do I need to do so I can visit this blog hosted by wordpress?

    Hi there,

    It is not possible for site owners on WordPress.com to blacklist visitors by IP address, which tells me this site is not on WordPress.com, but possible using the self-hosted WordPress.org software. If you provide the URL of the site I can make sure of this, but it’s impossible to help if we don’t actually know what the site in question is.

    If a self-hosted site owner is blocking you, there is nothing we can do about it. Self-hosted sites are not on our servers and we have no access to or control over them.
