blank bars appearing on site

  None of the sections/containers have margin on top or bottom. I also checked if there was a random section there in between the content sections. When I use Google’s inspect tool there doesn’t seem to be anything there to inspect.
  
  I am using Elementor and astra theme
  
  any thoughts?
