Blank Canvas Template – Category pages not showing on mobile

Hi Folks, I built my website around the Blank Canvas theme.
The site is currently not showing category pages properly. Instead of inheriting the Index template, or all archive template, it shows strangely distorted on desktop, and shows nothing on mobile.
Is Blank Canvas just not able to deal with this, or if it is, how can I define a template it will be happy with?The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Yes, I did start a live chat, and it got me part of the way. After another couple of hours of tinkering I figured out that a plugin had updated but not conserved my data!
Once that became obvious the fix was relatively straight forward. Thanks for replying though!
