Blank contact form static page in 2010 theme

    Hi

    I have set up a static page in top header (2010 theme) called contact and added a contact form to it to create a static contact form.

    My question is when I click on it it shows my own details in:

    name ,email and website fields

    I would like this blank so people don’t have to re write over my details or know my email address??

    Can you do this ??
