Blank Dashboard
-
When I log in to dashboard, it is blank. The solutions I have found to this problem involve either upgrading WordPress or editing the php files on the site. I don’t know how to upgrade WordPress without access to the dashboard. I can’t edit the php files, because when I try to sftp into the site, I get an “Access Denied” message. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
Any help is appreciated.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

editing the php files on the site
We WordPress blogger cannot access the php or html underlying out blogs. You seem to be referring to a WordPress.ORG sotftware install and not a WordPress.COM hosted blog like http://thomasboson.wordpress.com/
We provide support here only for WordPress.COM hosted blogs.
We do not provide support for WordPress.ORG software installs.
Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/I’m sorry but we cannot provide accurate answers to any blogger who fails to provide the exact URL starting with http:// for the exact blog they refer to so we can verify where it is hosted. Please do that now.

Thanks for the response.
Sorry. That’s actually not the site with which I need help. I am trying to help someone else with his site, and I wasn’t able to enter the URL for their site when I posted the question.
The site with which I need help with http://www.doersmissions.org. I log in to the WordPress Dashboard for this site with the URL http://www.doersmissions.org/wp-admin/.
Any help is appreciated.

I’m sorry but that site is not hosted by WordPress.COM and we cannot help you with it. WordPress.COM and WordPress.ORG are completely separate and have different logins, features, run different versions of some themes with the same names, and have separate support documentation and separate support forums. Read the differences here http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
If you don’t have a username account at WordPress.ORG click http://wordpress.org/support/ and register one on the top right hand corner of the page that opens, so you can post to the support forums there.

WordPress.org support docs are at https://codex.wordpress.org/Main_Page -
Ok, thank you again for the responses. I was able to figure out how to edit the files through using the hosting site’s control panel. In case it helps anyone else, I followed the instructions at the post below to edit a php file, and this seems to have fixed the problem.
