blank dashboard page

When I log into the back end of a site that I run (nexusartreach.org), the Dashboard is a blank page. I can click on the menu items and the url changes as if I were going to that part of the Dashboard, but it is still just a blank page. This happens in both Chrome and Firefox. I cleared my cache and cookies and it did not fix the problem.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The last sentence of this post is incorrect… I need help with nexusartreach.org, not percipere.wordpress.com.

I suspect that part of the problem may be that I need to make some updates – but if I can’t access the Dashboard, how do I update?
