Blank editor page

I am having the same problem as rochelsophie and i have attempted topost on different browsers. My blog is generationxlost.com. Please contact me
-
Hi springbirdgirl –
The site is loading for me, and I can see the posts. If things aren’t working from with in the WordPress.com dashboard then there are a few things to try.
1. Clear the cache: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache
2. Try a different browser
3. Try a different internet connection -
Did all of the above. All I when I attempt to create a new post is a blank screen with the help question mark in the corner.
-
Please take a screen shot and link it here with a third party like snag.gy or droplr. Then we will be able to see what you’re experiencing and get a better idea of what’s going on.

@springbirdgirl, I don’t see any email support tickets from you. Where did you send that?
You can also upload the screen shot directly to your site’s media library, and we can see it there.
That said, what you describe typically means your browser is not loading all the code the site needs to work. As you see this happening in different browsers, it’s possible it’s a connection issue.
Try unplugging your modem/router for a few seconds to reset it, or try a different internet connection if possible to see if that makes any difference. You can also try flushing your computer’s DNS cache – how to do that would depend on the specific version of Windows/MacOS/Linux you’re using, so please check your operating system’s documentation for that process.

all I get is a blank screen (except for the question mark in the corner)
URL states : wordpress.com/post?site=null

Hi, as a few housekeeping things:
– I removed your phone number. We aren’t in a call center and we don’t want people calling you pretending to be us.
– Since the original poster hasn’t replied but is probably getting overwhelmed with emails as we work with you, I’ve gone ahead and split this into a new thread for you. You can reply to this email to continue, or just use this new link:
https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/blank-editor-page/Now a few questions:
If you go to this page is it blank too?
https://wordpress.com/block-editor/post/generationxlost.comWhat if you use an incognito window?
Is there any chance you’ve got a browser extension or even some system-wide program on your computer that’s blocking JavaScript? That’s usually what a blank screen indicates.
-
When I go to the link directly from my email it is blank. However, if I go to the post link, I can get in. No, we do not have anything blocking Java Script. We even paused our Kapersky security for one hour in order to see if this was preventing me from getting in. Keep in mind, I also attempted to do this from a different computer and server before contacting you.
-
Correction, when I go to the post link you provided https://wordpress.com/block-editor/post/generationxlost.com, I cannot get in. It changes to this:
https://wordpress.com/block-editor/post?site=generationxlost.com

Ok, please make sure that your browser is up to date: https://browsehappy.com/
If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.
If it is, please do these two things:
1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.
2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.
Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.

Did all of this (as previously discussed). Used Chrome, IE, Firefox and Safari
Additionally used different computers and server. Even temporarily paused my security
The question is why does the link change from this
https://wordpress.com/block-editor/post/generationxlost.com
to this
https://wordpress.com/block-editor/post?site=generationxlost.com
when you click on it?
-
We’re not seeing that on our end — the url loads as expected.
Can you let us know what you’re using for security?
Also, in Chrome, could you open your JavaScript console and load the page, looking for errors? That may provide more information.
