Blank Header Errors

  I am trying to make my website section 508 conformant for a project for school. I keep getting 3 blank header errors on the WAVE tool when it is checked. I do not see the headers in my page and I’m not sure how to get to them to remove in order to be compliant. How do I need to fix this?
