Blank image is inserted before featured image on home page

    I’m using Repro theme and some, not all, posts are displaying a blank image above the featured image on the preview page. I can’t seem to find any reason on the actual posts, the images or in single.php or archive.php etc http://www.blackcoffeeblog.co.uk/category/blog/page/2/

    It only appears to do it on this full post preview and not on any other – can anyone advise on where I can fix this please?
